Coca-Cola had 5 different lawyers working on the case and merely doubled their offer of $35,000 to $70,000 before trial. John and his client offered to settle for $500,000.
October 2011:
Scott v. (Undisclosed) – John resolved a case at mediation for $1 Million within 2 months of the wreck, resulting from a rear-end collision and resulting fusion at the hands of a drunk driver. The wreck occurred on August 10, 2011.
May 2010:
Roebuck v. Lo – John co-tried a jury trial with a jury verdict and judgment of just under $1 Million.
